Job summary

EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction projects professional to support and co‑lead with the PMs. You will review submittals, track RFIs, and manage project controls documentation to keep schedules and costs on track.

The role requires strong understanding of drawings, contract documents, and reporting. You will assist with procurement, bid packages, and weekly project data, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely closeout and turnover deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand drawings and specifications, contract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, estimating, construction costs, scheduling, and purchasing.
• OSHA10 preferred.
• min 5 years of experience working on construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and co‑leading with Construction and Project Mangers to include receiving, logging, reviewing, tracking, expediting, and distribution of submittals, RFI’s, and other Project Controls Documentation.
• Receives and reviews submittals returned from Architect or Engineer and notifies the Project Team of potential cost and/or schedule impacts based on review comments.
• Develops a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (plans, specifications, schedule, etc.)
• Collects data, assembles, and distributes various weekly reports as required
• Assists the Project Manager, Superintendent and Procurement with purchasing, expediting and receiving material and equipment for the project
• Assists in the preparation, issuance, and receipt of bid packages between field teams and procurement for review and tabulation
• Assists with managing the project schedule on a regular basis. Identifies schedule conflicts and assists the Construction and Project Managers in their resolution
• Actively manage field coordination of subcontractors and quality management
• Manages and maintains all project documentation to ensure the most current project documents are communicated to the Construction team
• Drive the Project Team in the timely completion of all required project closeout documents per contract, including turnover packages, as‑builts, O&M manuals, warranties, owner training, punch lists, and other related items
• Assists with scheduling of Project Team meetings with all required personnel. Takes and issues meeting minutes as required
• Other duties as assigned
