Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead for a major PUB infrastructure project in Singapore. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and EV reporting across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or related field and 8–10 years of project controls experience in construction or engineering, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and experience in digital delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Construction, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant project controls experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in digital engineering and construction delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress tracking and reporting for major PUB infrastructure project.
• Implement risk, expenditure and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report Earned Value (EV) across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure project delivery meets contractual, financial and operational requirements.
