Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional to lead planning, scheduling and cost control across a full project lifecycle. You will drive progress reporting, manage risks and changes, and ensure alignment with contractual and financial requirements.

You will monitor Earned Value across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, working with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant project controls experience within construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting.
• Experience with Earned Value Management, risk management and change control is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in digital engineering and construction delivery environments with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risk, expenditure and change control, ensuring activities align with contractual and financial requirements.
• Monitor and report Earned Value across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to track performance and identify delays or cost issues.
• Ensure project controls and reporting support timely, cost-effective and compliant project delivery.
