MigrantWell Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the development and management of care gap programmes and grants. You will liaise with partners across sectors, manage budgets and governance processes, and drive impact reporting to funders and stakeholders.

The role requires strong writing and presentation skills, independent working style and experience with social impact programmes. A strategic mindset and stakeholder-first approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage diverse partners.
• Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation abilities for clear reports and outcomes.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and drive solutions.
• Experience with migrant worker issues, mental health, healthcare or social services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of care gap programmes and grants, including research, design, implementation, evaluation and growth planning.
• Strengthen existing programmes and develop new components to meet needs and organisational targets.
• Translate stakeholder insights into practical programme recommendations and manage funding agreements.
• Monitor delivery, milestones, outcomes and risks; trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Develop programme performance indicators and metrics for continuous improvement and impact demonstration.
• Build strong relationships with programme partners, corporates, community organisations, government agencies and healthcare institutions.
• Lead partner meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate discussions and ensure follow-through on actions.
• Support governance with planning for programme committee meetings and board papers, including reporting and documentation.
• Manage grant disbursements and track budget utilisation with timely reporting to funders and stakeholders.
