Job summary

The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation invites a motivated intern to join the Secretariat team working on MigrantWell Singapore. The role combines programme and grant management with communications and outreach, offering hands-on exposure to deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder materials.

You will support data analysis, social media content, annual reports, and outreach activities while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced NGO setting focused on migrant workers’

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in business, marketing, communications, political science, psychology, public health, or related field.
• Accuracy in handling data and strong attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills, with ability to interpret programme indicators and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of five months starting Jan 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support programme implementation across the care gap portfolio.
• Track deliverables, grant conditions and performance indicators against approved plans.
• Assist in preparing accurate reports and funding documentation for the Programme Committee and funders.
• Support the organisation of Programme Committee and Board meetings.
• Support research, data collation and analysis for programme evaluation.
• Support communications and outreach activities for MWS.
• Help monitor and compile website and social media analytics.
• Assist in coordinating with vendors on communications-related projects.
