SBF Foundation acts as the Secretariat to MWS, which oversees MWS's operations and aligns its programmes with its mission to address healthcare gaps and promote better outcomes for the migrant worker community and its employers in Singapore.
The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for the management and execution of finance, accounting, governance support, and administrative functions for MigrantWell Singapore.
This includes financial reporting and controls, budgeting and forecasting, audit coordination, procurement support, and governance administration. The role also serves as the finance liaison for banking matters, administrative aspects of investment-related processes, and external stakeholders including auditors and regulators.
The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, exercises sound judgement, proactively anticipates stakeholder needs, and can thrive with minimal supervision in a small and fast-moving team.
