Job summary

The HEAD Foundation in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Manager, Healthcare Programmes to support the Director, Healthcare, in managing the Foundation’s healthcare portfolio within a small, collaborative team.

You will lead the end-to-end development and management of programmes, grants and partnerships across countries, focusing on implementation, monitoring, evaluation, sustainability and knowledge sharing to deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience managing programmes or projects in social service, healthcare, public health or development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous for regional engagement.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Programme Development: Develop and assess proposals translating priorities into feasible plans and budgets.
• Programme & Grant Management: Manage programmes and grants, contracts, budgets, timelines, risks and reporting.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Maintain day-to-day relationships with local and international partners and coordinate activities.
• Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Sustainability: Track progress, review reports, document lessons, and support sustainability plans.
• Research & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct research and prepare programme reports and knowledge materials.
• Cross-Foundation Contribution: Coordinate with programme leads and support cross-portfolio activities.
