Job summary

KK Women\'s & Children\'s Hospital seeks an experienced Senior/Assistant Manager to join the DIMICT team, driving the innovation agenda, supporting grant management, partnerships, communications, and programme execution to transform healthcare delivery.

The role involves secretariat duties for grants, managing partnerships across the grant lifecycle, designing outreach events, and handling communications as webmaster, contributing analytical support to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; business, communications, or tech-related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years for Assistant Manager; 4+ years for Senior Assistant Manager.
• Proficient in MS Office, graphic design software, and social media content creation.
• Strong project, stakeholder, financial, and analytical capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secretariat for grant, project, and utilisation tracking, with budget activities and reporting.
• Lead and manage DIMICT's partnerships with local and global collaborators across the grant lifecycle.
• Design and execute innovation outreach events and education activities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the innovation office.
• Develop EDMs, social media content, and publicity plans for DIMICT initiatives.
• Oversee Infopedia pages, website, and all event publicity and communications as webmaster.
• Support the implementation of cluster-wide programmes and initiatives.
• Assist Principal Investigators with landscape assessment, strategy, training planning, and analytical support.
