Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Team CTO Strategy Implementation. Based at our St. James Power Station headquarters, you’ll drive stability, growth, and cross-functional transformation across the CTO organization.

You will work with senior leaders, manage complex programmes, and ensure alignment with stakeholder groups. A background in engineering and experience in product/engineering-led environments are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consultancies or product/engineering-led organisations.
• Strong understanding of product development, engineering, and engineering organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programmes; APM/PMI qualification preferred.
• Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build networks across Dyson.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team CTO Strategy Implementation to achieve stability, effectiveness, and growth.
• Identify and drive transformation and improvement projects across Team CTO and Dyson functions.
• Coordinate leads and contributors within Team CTO to deliver projects and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear progress narratives on risks and opportunities of the Strategy Implementation Programme.
• Support regular cadence across the business including CTO Leadership meetings and All Hands meetings.
