Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Program Management Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs, including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation.

You will be the primary client-facing project management consultant, coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Visa, the client, and third parties to ensure governance and timely outcomes. This on-site, 12-month contract role requires 8+ years in fintech or payments, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or project management in fintech/payments/financial crime tech.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex technology-driven programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of fraud, AML or financial crime ecosystems in financial institutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven or machine-learning platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance environments across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation.
• Be the primary client-facing project management consultant and governance owner.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Visa, client, and third parties.
• Oversee POC and full-scale rollout delivery, governance reporting, and cadence.
• Ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
