Job summary

we asia is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream programs, including Card Authorization TOM and Featurespace implementation for the client.

The role is client-facing, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, and cadence to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across APAC markets. A Bachelor’s degree in IT and 3–5 years in fintech/consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of consulting or project management experience in fintech, payments, banking or financial crime tech.
• Proven track record managing large, complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of fraud, AML or financial crime ecosystems within banks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven or ML platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory/compliance environments.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager who will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑stream programs involving Card Authorization Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as Featurespace implementation for the client. This role is responsible for being primary client-facing project management consultant, managing cross‑functional workstreams and ensuring delivery outcomes align with client objectives.

For Featurespace implementation this on-site role will be responsible for client-facing program orchestration of the POC & full-scale rollout —owning governance reporting, communication, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination—ensuring structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful project delivery to enable the delivery teams to focus on timely and quality outcomes.

Card Authorization TOM

• Support design and rollout of the Card Authorization TOM across 4 regional markets (MY, TH, ID & VN).
• Assist in documenting target state, governance framework and progress.
• Manage weekly cadence with markets on implementation progress of various deliverables.
• Coordinate internal briefing/ training session.
• Conduct and manage Market readiness check.
• Coordinate inputs across regional markets for quarterly cadence update.
• Track implementation progress, issues, and dependencies; prepare management updates.
• May also support portfolio lending related initiatives & adhoc projects.

Featurespace Implementation

• Program orchestration and cross-team coordination of large-scale, multi-phase programs involving Featurespace deployments (POC & full-scale implementation).
• Oversee delivery of Featurespace implementations, including onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go-live support, in close coordination with Featurespace delivery project manager.
• Own end-to-end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.
• Act as the primary client-facing interface and provide a clear escalation and coordination point for queries, clarifications and follow-ups. Ensure the client has a predictable engagement rhythm (early emphasis on high touch, then optimization).
• Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or project management within fintech, payments, banking, or financial crime technology.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, technology-driven programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Good understanding of fraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystems within financial institutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with data-driven or machine-learning platforms is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments across APAC markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical delivery to business outcomes.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
