Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead current programs and new projects from initiation to customer fulfilment in Singapore.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones, drive on-time delivery, and optimize resources. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in program management within semiconductor industries, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably within Semiconductor-related industries.
• PMP certification is a plus; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Macros.
• Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs from initiation to customer fulfilment.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments and scorecards.
• Review demand forecasts and assess risks to manage constraints.
• Prepare management reports on program progress and backlog.
