Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a driven Program Manager to own key customer programs from initiation through successful fulfilment.

This highly visible, customer-facing role interfaces between Ichor and customers, translating requirements into clear execution plans and coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning and other functions to deliver commitments. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Program Management and Planning in a high mix, fast changing manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking under pressure with effective performance.
• Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand needs and expectations.
• Provide support for day-to-day operations and shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments and inventory goals.
• Work with teams to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.
• Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments for constraints.
• Monitor program activities and ensure on-schedule, within-budget completion.
• Compile reports for management review on program progress.
• Manage backlog and prioritize customer needs while identifying new opportunities.
• Allocate resources to ensure seamless operations and program execution.
• Analyze data and provide management insights and recommendations.
• Undertake related program or project tasks as assigned.
