Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a driven Program Manager to own key customer programs from initiation through successful fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Program Management and Planning in a high mix, fast changing manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking under pressure with effective performance.
• Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a driven Program Manager to take ownership of key customer programs and projects from initiation through successful customer fulfilment. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will serve as a key interface between Ichor and our customers, translating customer requirements into clear execution plans and working across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning and other functions to deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide support for day-to-day operations and shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery commitments and meet customers' scorecards, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals.
• Work closely with teams to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.
• Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments to manage potential constraints / challenges and resolve material supply constraints to support customer requirements.
• Monitor program and project activities, ensuring effective communication and facilitating on-schedule and within-budget completion.
• Compile reports for management review to provide insights into program progress.
• Manage backlog and prioritize customer needs while identifying new business opportunities.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure seamless operations and successful program execution.
• Analyze data and compile reports for management review, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
• Undertake any other related program or project management tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualification

• Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledgeable in MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Semiconductor-related industries experience is preferred.
