LTM is seeking a Senior Program Lead to steer the TAP stream within a large Core Banking Transformation programme in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end delivery across business, technology, and operations, with a focus on migration activities, stakeholder alignment, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale banking transformation programmes.
• Proven migration programme management including data migration and change management.
• Strong Core Banking Transaction Processing knowledge.
• Experience with cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TAP (Portfolio & Position Management) workstream and ensure successful end-to-end programme delivery.
• Own project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting.
• Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, testing, UAT, operations, and go-live readiness teams.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align strategic objectives with delivery milestones and execution plans.
• Drive migration-related activities, including business change management, user readiness, testing coordination, and adoption planning.
• Ensure timely resolution of programme risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams.
• Support programme governance activities and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between global teams and ensure successful programme outcomes.
