in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead the TAP stream within the ROC Core Banking Transformation programme, owning end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment. You will coordinate across business, technology, architecture, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness, partnering with senior stakeholders to balance strategic objectives with feasible execution.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading large-scale programmes or complex project deliveries.
Experience delivering migration programmes, including testing, business change, and user adoption.
Strong understanding of core banking transaction processing, including order management, corporate actions, securities settlements, loans, and OTC products.
Strong knowledge of portfolio management and analysis capabilities, including rebalancing, allocation, and performance calculation.
Project Management and/or Agile Product Management certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive the TAP (Portfolio & Position Management) stream within the ROC Core Banking Transformation programme.
Own end-to-end delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, planning, and programme governance.
Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities.
Partner with senior stakeholders to balance strategic objectives with delivery feasibility and execution.
Drive migration-related activities, including business change, user readiness, and testing.
