Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking a senior Transformation Leader to drive core banking transformations in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end programs, align executives, and ensure delivery excellence across Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, Deposits, and Risk.

Your advisory role will shape strategy, roadmaps, operating models, and benefits realization with a focus on regulatory compliance and stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm, with banking/FS focus.
• Proven leadership of large-scale banking transformation or technology-enabled programs.
• Strong client advisory, engagement leadership, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end core banking transformation programs with governance and delivery excellence.
• Advise on strategy, operating models, and roadmaps across Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, and more.
• Manage multi-stream programs with stakeholder alignment and business-value focus.
• Facilitate executive forums, steering committees, and value realization.
• Contribute to growth through thought leadership and go-to-market assets.
