OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Production Support Analyst with 6-9 years of experience in application support, system monitoring, dashboards, and operational reporting. The role requires hands-on Splunk expertise, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of Geneos, Unix/Linux, and enterprise IT infrastructure, preferably within banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6-9 years of experience in production support, application support, monitoring, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, including SPL, dashboards, alerts, and reporting; Geneos experience is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands, shell scripting, Java, application servers (JBoss/WebLogic), and web servers (Apache/Nginx).
• Understanding of ITIL Incident Management and Change Management processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, including networks, load balancers, virtual machines, storage, OpenShift, and microservices.
• Exposure to Python, PowerShell, Ansible, CyberArk, VDI, or IBM AS/400 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking, financial services, or large enterprise IT experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, monitoring solutions, alerts, and reports using Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, data analysis, and operational insights.
• Monitor application performance, system availability, and operational health; troubleshoot alerts and production issues.
• Support and administer monitoring tools such as Splunk and Geneos.
• Perform application and infrastructure troubleshooting in collaboration with support and technical teams.
• Support incident management, change management, testing, deployment, and system enhancements in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and audit compliance.
