OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring two Production Support Analysts for a major banking institution in Alexandra, Singapore. This non-technical role focuses on managing administrative workflows, vendor contracts, financial tracking, audits, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

You will handle contract renewals, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), PR/PO tracking, audit actions, onboarding/offboarding, and consolidate data to generate operational reports. On-site role at Alexandra office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in administrative support, vendor contract management, or business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial tools or HR systems is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• On-site work at the Alexandra office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track eMemos, contract renewals, and budgeting activities (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Manage internal trackers for PR/PO, invoice payments, GR, and renewals with procurement.
• Track audit items, meeting actions, compliance docs, and training/timesheets.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding including staff passes, laptops, and system access.
• Consolidate data to generate operational reports and drive follow-ups.
