Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 6-9 years in software engineering or IT operations.
• Hands-on Splunk experience with SPL, dashboards and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain software applications and components.
• Design and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor performance and availability of production systems.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure and support monitoring tools like Splunk and Geneos.
• Develop automation scripts using shell or Python.
• Support releases, deployments, upgrades, and patches.
• Troubleshoot apps on Unix/Linux, Oracle DB, Java stacks.
• Collaborate across dev, infra, DB, network and operations teams.
• Participate in ITIL-based incident and change management.
