Job summary

NETS is seeking a seasoned Production Support professional to provide BAU support for the eNETS system. You will handle primary application support, diagnose issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolutions.

The role emphasizes ongoing monitoring, data analysis, and capacity planning. Candidates should have at least 5 years in production support, strong Java/J2EE skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Oracle/MySQL databases.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in production support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide production BAU support for eNETS system during designated hours, including after-hours on rotation.
• Responsible for primary application support, problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of client problems. Coordinate with Application Development for issue resolution.
• Determine issue type by first level support and perform second level investigation; route tickets to responsible groups.
• Track helpdesk tickets to identify issues and resolve or escalate to the appropriate team.
• Gather and analyze data metrics for trend analysis and capacity management to ensure system performance.
• Perform technical evaluation of requests and participate in defining technical requirements.
• Weekly data extractions for trend analysis, deployments, and compliance tasks such as key renewal and infrastructure upgrades.
• Perform ad hoc monitoring tasks as assigned by team lead.
