Qualifications

• 10+ years of Global Markets or Treasury Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of FX and Money Market products.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with risk, liquidity management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operations professionals.
• Oversee activities across Global Markets products.
• Maintain robust risk and control framework.
• Partner with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Technology and others.
• Drive transformation through process automation and digitalisation.
• Manage operational, settlement and liquidity-related risks.
• Lead system implementations and regulatory change initiatives.
• Provide leadership during incident management and business continuity.
