Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore is seeking a seasoned digital product lead to design mobile-first, gamified experiences across the client lifecycle, from onboarding to activation and reactivation. You will leverage Pega CDH and the MarTech stack to drive engagement and Net New Money with regulated, client-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience shaping mobile banking journeys and engagement experiences.
• Experience in digital product management and client lifecycle management in financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience with predictive analytics, data-led decisioning and KPI reporting.
• Experience with MarTech capabilities like Adobe Analytics Campaign Target and CDP.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create mobile-first journeys with gamified mechanics, progress indicators, challenges and contextual prompts to drive ongoing engagement and action completion.
• Lead lifecycle strategy and prioritise high-impact use cases tied to client outcomes, focusing on Affluent clients with wealth/deposit products.
• Develop segment, behaviour and lifecycle-specific strategies using transactional and portfolio signals; implement decisioning in Pega CDH.
• Collaborate across business, design, data and technology teams to operationalise personalised, scalable journeys.
