Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner experience, ideally in digital banking or onboarding.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, user stories and backlog management skills.
• Techno-functional background bridging business and tech.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analysis.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements, roadmap and backlog prioritisation to maximise value.
• Gather and analyse requirements, translate into user stories and specs.
• Collaborate with business, operations and technology for digitalisation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate with development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve delivery challenges.
• Support testing, implementation and product improvement.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking governance and regulatory needs.
