1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Owner to drive digital platform capabilities for the TMRW program across the region. You will work with the Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead to shape end-to-end journeys, gather requirements, and coordinate with technology, operations and business users.

You will own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure alignment with regional goals while driving continuous improvement of the TMRW capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years as Product Owner.
• Experience with PMP, design thinking/LEAN preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead for end-to-end implementation of digital platform capabilities for TMRW region.
• Serve as key point of contact; build cross-department relationships with users, service providers, tech and operations.
• Develop and refine the Digital Platform strategy for TMRW CR and projects.
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of projects/CRs: business case, requirements, approvals, estimation, technology alignment.
• Define KPIs and SLAs with service providers to deliver TMRW ambitions.
• Manage backlog, ensure DoR for roadmap discussions, and gather insights for improvements.
