Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Product Owner to drive end-to-end digital platform capabilities for TMRW across the region. You will align with Digital Platform Leads and Function Leads to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery of new journeys and improvements.

The role requires 8+ years as Product Owner, strong agile and backlog management skills, and experience with JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years as Product Owner.
• Experience with PMP, design thinking / LEAN.
• Strong knowledge of agile backlog management.
• Experience in digital platform implementation for banking.
• Knowledge of consumer banking landscape.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple departments to implement the bank's digital platform capabilities for TMRW.
• Develop and execute the Digital Platform strategy for TMRW across CR and project contexts.
• Lead end-to-end projects from business case through requirements, approvals, and coordination with technology teams.
• Define and monitor key performance SLAs with service providers to deliver digital capabilities.
