Team Focus

The Onboarding & KYC team builds scalable, compliant user onboarding solutions to support product launches and international expansion. The team ensures a seamless user experience while meeting regulatory and risk standards.

Role Overview

Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for user onboarding flows across all Coinbase products. Drive improvements across the KYC lifecycle to optimize success rates and minimize friction and risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for onboarding experiences
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and others
• Define, monitor, and act on KPIs to guide product improvements
• Present initiatives and outcomes to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical and prioritization abilities; entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and deliver results at scale

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with KYC, identity verification, or onboarding flows
