Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the EGreenGov platform, partnering with PSSO and public sector agencies to define vision, explore opportunities, and deliver emissions management enhancements. You will conduct user studies, collaborate with engineers and designers, and drive platform adoption across agencies.

Strong analytical, communication, and Agile design thinking skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business or related field with 8–10 years of product management experience.
• Experience with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical requirements.
• Excellent communication translating technical and business needs; experience with Agile, Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear product vision with PSSO and public sector agencies.
• Explore problem spaces with PSSO and agencies to advance the net-zero goal.
• Design, test and iterate enhancements for emissions management.
• Conduct user studies with facility managers, agency sustainability managers and PSSO.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical teams for the best UX.
• Drive adoption of the platform across PSSO and agencies.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
