Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks a dynamic Lead/Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver a portfolio of digital, data and AI products for Singapore’s public sector. You will work with engineers, data scientists, regulators and policymakers to solve real‑world challenges in sustainability and resilience.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, define roadmaps, and drive product lifecycle management while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure market fit and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of leading teams and delivering products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital and AI-enabled products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact government digital solutions.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify needs and opportunities.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
