Job summary

Astek Singapore invites an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products from discovery to release. You will own the product roadmap and backlog, collaborating with design, engineering, research and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in government or public sector.
• Strong skills in roadmapping, backlog management, requirements gathering, and prioritisation.
• Hands-on product discovery, user research, and validation.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making and product metrics.
• Experience working in Agile environments with design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog across key user journeys.
• Translate user research and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise features based on user needs, business impact, and delivery constraints.
• Lead product discovery and validation activities; translate findings into improvements.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, and engineering teams to deliver features through production release.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, and rationale to stakeholders.
