Job summary

Astek in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, owning the roadmap and backlog across key user journeys.

You will translate user research, stakeholder needs, and policy requirements into clear product requirements and user stories, prioritising features for impact and feasibility. Cross-functional collaboration will define success metrics and guide data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering digital products.
• Experience within government or the public sector.
• Strong experience in product roadmapping, backlog management, requirements gathering, user stories, and feature prioritisation.
• Hands-on experience with product discovery, user research, and validation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and product metrics to support decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside design and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering workflow or management platforms, such as dashboards, records, or scheduling systems.
