Job summary

Reap is building a dedicated team to enable every team—technical and non-technical alike—to fundamentally change how they work through agentic workflows and AI-enabled tooling. You will own the end-to-end delivery of self-serve workflows, with a focus on speed, data access, and auditability, while collaborating closely with engineering to ship reliable platform capabilities.

The role emphasizes building scalable templates and connectors, defining context and eval strategies, and driving speed

Qualifications

• You have shipped production agentic systems and can discuss their fail points and fixes.
• You are fluent in the stack like MCP, tool/context design, retrieval, orchestration, eval harnesses and observability.
• You have driven organizational change and helped teams adopt new workflows.

Responsibilities

• Find the leverage by analyzing how Reap's teams operate and where agentic capability changes customer experience.
• Build self-serve motion with personal agent setups, tuned connectors, a curated skills library, and templates.
• Own end-to-end flows and rebuild processes around what agents can do, not just automate steps for humans.
• Take workflows to always-on by proving 24/7 operation with escalation to humans when needed.
