Job summary

HTX invites a seasoned Head of Product to steward the Agentic Coding Platform, a strategic developer productivity initiative used by 500+ engineers across Home Team. You will define the product vision, own the end-to-end lifecycle, and align with vendor partners to enable enterprise-wide deployment.

You will lead cross-functional squads, balance security and delivery timelines, and translate complex requirements into a focused roadmap that accelerates AI-first transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with senior leadership roles (Senior PM, Principal PM, Group PM, or Head of Product)
• Proven track record shipping B2B/internal developer products (DevOps platforms, MLOps tools, IDEs)
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, including LLM-based apps and agentic AI systems
• Demonstrated success in vendor partnership management and technology negotiations
• Experience launching developer products from 0-to-1 in complex enterprise/government environments
• Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (GitOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
• Background in user research methodologies and synthesising insights from diverse technical personas
• Data-driven decision making and ability to define product metrics
• Ability to influence in matrixed environments
• Mission-driven leadership for developer experience and national security technology

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for HTX's Agentic Coding Platform and lead end-to-end lifecycle management
• Drive executive governance and secure organisational commitment through ROI and business cases
• Manage vendor partnerships with AI providers and ensure security, performance, and compliance
• Lead roadmap execution with phased rollouts, prioritisation, and risk management
• Oversee user research programs to validate product-market fit across technical teams
• Direct cross-functional squads and align stakeholders across Home Team Departments
