Job summary

Nas.com is building two complementary AI products that help entrepreneurs grow their business. We are seeking an AI Product Engineer who will own real product problems end to end, staying close to users and shaping experiences across the stack.

You’ll ship AI-powered workflows, ingest and structure customer context, and improve agents and integrations with observable performance. You will collaborate with customers and teammates to deliver impactful outcomes while growing as a T-shaped engineer.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to take an ambiguous problem and own it through to a working outcome.
• Experience shipping and operating real production systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers, product managers, designers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from discovery to iteration.
• Build production AI systems and agents that learn from feedback.
• Connect AI to real business systems with reliable data flows and integrations.
• Work directly with customers to understand their workflow and pain points.
• Turn recurring pain into product by addressing bottlenecks in onboarding, data ingestion, or AI output.
