Job summary

Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI to lead the development of a production-ready AI platform across our fintech stack. You will own MCP servers, agentic workflows, and internal AI infrastructure, partnering with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Support to deliver safe, auditable AI-enabled workflows.

You will mentor a small, senior team, define technical direction, and ensure high engineering velocity while maintaining governance, security, and reliability in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI/agentic systems production deployments.
• Experience designing scalable AI platforms and governance.
• Strong understanding of data classification, access control, and audit needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering effort to make AI a production capability across Reap.
• Own the AI platform layer: MCP servers, agentic workflows, internal AI infra.
• Set technical direction and review designs across orgs (Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Support).
• Design governance and security patterns for production AI systems.
• Grow and lead a small senior team and measure impact in operational terms.
