Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own AI-powered product initiatives, focusing on reliability, user trust, and real-world task completion. You will collaborate with ML, backend, and client engineers to translate model capabilities into concrete product decisions and measurable outcomes.

Applicants should have a solid background in AI systems, strong CS fundamentals, and a bias toward shipping in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and system design skills.
• Solid understanding of modern ML and AI systems in production.
• Ability to read technical designs and engage with engineers.
• Good intuition for model limitations, evaluation, and failure modes.
• Experience turning model capabilities into clear product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities and user experience.
• Translate model results and constraints into product decisions.
• Balance quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and UX.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and client engineers on system design.
• Build evaluation frameworks across offline metrics and online experiments.
• Set quality bars and feedback loops for AI-powered experiences.
• Drive execution with clear specs, prioritization, and judgment.
• Identify failure modes and ensure reliable, predictable AI behavior.
• Own product quality end-to-end, reliability, usefulness, and trust.
