Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision and lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation for public services.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in product management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred), and strong leadership and agile capabilities in a fast-paced environment. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with onsite work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with GovTech's goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment.
• Define and track KPIs or OKRs to measure product success.
• Advocate for the customer within the organization and incorporate feedback into planning.
• Foster continuous improvement and stay abreast of industry trends and technologies.
• Lead development of the digital roadmap and drive digital solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Build a high-performing team with organization-wide digital, design, and data capabilities.
