Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a senior product leader to own the strategy for modernising key government systems. You will translate policy insights into roadmaps, set OKRs and KPIs, and align cross‑agency teams while securing executive support for investments.

You will mentor a team of product managers, hire future leaders, and drive end‑to‑end execution from ideation to launch with high standards for security, accessibility, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in product management with enterprise experience.
• Proven ability to deliver complex products at scale with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring senior teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across multi-agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for modernisation of your key system(s).
• Translate complex business, technical, and policy insights into clear roadmaps that align teams and drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and ensure alignment with policy, business, and operations.
• Build stakeholder alignment, resolving dependencies and securing senior support for strategy and investments.
• Develop deep system and domain expertise, serving as subject-matter expert for your product(s).
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve team impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and drive their professional development.
• Lead hiring of other product leaders and identify future leadership.
• Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch and iteration with high quality, security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, operations, and data teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
