Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is hiring a Product Designer to help simplify complex banking products and deliver value to millions of customers. You will design end-to-end digital experiences across credit cards and personal loan journeys, working with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of UX/design experience in digital products, a strong portfolio, and proven ability to move from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

5+ years of UX/Product Design in digital products.
Led products from discovery to launch.
Strong portfolio with end-to-end ownership.
Experience in user research and prototyping.
Able to simplify complex banking UX.

Responsibilities

Simplify complex banking products and processes into intuitive user experiences
Design digital experiences across credit cards and personal loan journeys
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
Create interaction designs and prototypes for digital products
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders
Present design recommendations and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Support products from discovery through delivery and launch
