Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead product designer to drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery for a major banking digital experience in Singapore.

This role requires translating customer and business needs into seamless web and mobile designs. With 7+ years in UX/Product Design, you will lead cross-functional teams, conduct research, prototype, test, and advocate for design standards. The 12-month contract offers impactful work and opportunities to shape product strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading complex design initiatives independently.
• Strong expertise in user-centred design, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex customer and business problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities
