is seeking a Product Delivery & Process Excellence Manager to lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of frameworks for tracking and delivering complex projects within our Software, Hardware and Power Systems programmes. This role acts as the single point of contact for NPD and cross-functional teams to ensure excellence, quality, and robust delivery with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Required: First Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Hardware/Software product development (IoT/Automotive).
• Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum programs and large-scale delivery.
• Experience deploying automated dashboards and engineering metrics.
• Strong governance, quality processes, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy software/hardware excellence practices with live dashboards.
• Govern project KPI reporting, risks, and performance visibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering programs.
• Manage resources, budget, schedules, and dependencies end-to-end.
• Coach junior PMs and drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements.
