Job summary

The Kallang Group in Singapore seeks a senior procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing, tender management, and supplier relations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing solutions that meet business objectives while managing risk and ensuring compliance.

You will drive process optimization using digital procurement tools, including SAP Ariba and SESAMi, and contribute to procurement transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, tender and contract management.
• Knowledge of procurement methodologies, supplier management frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions.
• Experience managing significant spend categories and complex supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Tender Management: manage full-cycle procurement, including market research, tender preparation, evaluation, and contract awards.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with business units to deliver procurement solutions aligned with objectives.
• Risk & Compliance Management: identify supply chain vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
• Process Optimization & Digital Adoption: drive efficiency through digital tools and S2P platforms like SAP Ariba and SESAMi.
• Procurement Operations & Continuous Improvement: standardise procurement processes and lead automation and analytics initiatives.
