Minimum 5 years procurement experience in engineering or automotive industries.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement for projects within the Ops Proc. URS & Satcom-SUI, RR & Satcom portfolio.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Implement procurement best practices and compliance standards.
Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, assess risks and propose strategies.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, manage tendering processes, and oversee supplier performance.
Monitor procurement metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise procurement efficiency and quality.
Mentor and guide junior procurement staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
