Job summary

Singapore Post Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Corporate Technology (Procurement Systems) to own and administer SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion Procurement, aligning them with enterprise goals.

You will lead end-to-end P2P processes, manage vendor SLAs with AMS partners, and drive platform evaluations while bridging Procurement and Finance stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient procurement technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years in IT procurement systems, with at least one end-to-end SAP Ariba or Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba (Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP) and Oracle Fusion Procurement administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on system support and administration for SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Lead end-to-end procurement process streamlining (Requisition to PO, Sourcing, P2P).
• Drive vendor SLA governance and RCA-focused problem management with AMS vendors.
• Lead CR lifecycle management and translate business needs into vendor specifications.
• Oversee integration between Ariba, Oracle Fusion ERP and GL systems.
