Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to take ownership of purchasing, inventory planning and supply chain coordination in a fast-paced environment at Yishun Industrial.

This role requires 2 years in procurement/logistics with supervisory experience. You will handle supplier coordination, order management, and warehouse liaison, with a base salary up to SGD 3,500 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management, procurement or logistics.
• 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, service or order fulfilment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with WMS, SCM systems and inventory/planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory planning & reporting to support purchasing and business planning.
• Procurement & order management with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitoring purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices and other documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage, smooth inventory movement and stock management.
• Manage store transfers and stock adjustments efficiently based on operational requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, forwarders and warehouse personnel for end-to-end order fulfilment.
• Support management with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
