Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is assisting a client in the medical supplies sector to recruit a Procurement & Inventory Executive in Singapore. The role supports healthcare providers and medical operations in a stable, essential business.

The position offers growth opportunities, a competitive salary of SGD 3,500 per month plus bonus, and requires experience in procurement or logistics with WMS/SCM familiarity. Office hours, five-day week in Yishun.

Qualifications

• O level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline; SCM is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ procurement or logistics experience; supervisory/managerial level preferred.
• Experience with WMS, SCM and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report & Forecast to MD
• Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment upon request
• Other ad hoc projects or responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ procurement or logistics experience service or Order Fulfilment with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial level

• Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills
