Job summary

PDS International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities, owning supplier performance, inventory planning and process improvements.

You will negotiate with suppliers, prepare purchase orders, monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics while supporting cross-functional teams to meet purchasing needs and cost-saving goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to take ownership and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Word.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Able to make confidence decisions in relation to supply chain sourcing.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve supply issues.
• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders and import/export documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams on purchasing and supply requirements.
• Support supply chain manager/assistant manager in improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide guidance and coordination to junior team members on purchasing and supply chain matters.
• Maintain procurement records, reports and supplier performance information.
