Job summary

WAREESAN MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support across the exhumation and reinterment programme in Singapore.

The role spans procurement, finance, contract management, and engagement with contractors, authorities and the community. You will coordinate procurement within approved budgets, manage claims, prepare monthly accounts and ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in one of: Accountancy/Accounting/Finance/Business Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering/Project Management.
• Experience of 3–5 years in procurement, finance, or project costing; service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Islamic traditions and Malay/Muslim culture is preferred or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer procurement within the project budget and approved funding, in line with policies and government requirements.
• Verify submissions, manage tenders, SVP and contracts, and secure approvals before execution.
• Track procurement and expenditure; submit monthly management accounts; reconcile commitments vs. budget headroom.
• Review contractor claims, intercompany billings, final accounts, and support budget reconciliation.
• Review SQRs, exhumation reports, and monthly photo reports for payment validation.
• Conduct site briefings and audits; ensure compliance with Muslim law and authority requirements; escalate issues.
• Assist with other duties related to after-death matters as assigned.
