Job summary

Wareesan Management Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Operations Leader to plan, coordinate and supervise daily exhumation and reinterment activities, ensuring timely, compliant delivery. You will manage staff and contractors, monitor schedules, and uphold safety and regulatory standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or project management, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams, contractors and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily exhumation and reinterment operations to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Lead and supervise operational staff and contractors to achieve project targets and quality standards.
• Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and contractor performance, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, contractual obligations, safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee operational records, data accuracy and the effective use of digital systems, including EMS.
