Job summary

Wareesan Management Pte Ltd, a specialist in exhumation and re-interment projects, is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee schedules, on-site operations, and stakeholder liaison in Singapore. The role focuses on timely, compliant execution with sensitivity to bereaved families.

You will coordinate resources, monitor contractor performance and adherence to procedures, while ensuring documentation, regulatory and cultural guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in project management, business administration, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of project coordination, operations, or site management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for project documentation and communication.
• Knowledge of Muslim burial practices and cultural norms.
• Class 3 driving licence for site visits and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, activities, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Monitor on-site operations and contractor performance to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved procedures.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, authorities, and next-of-kin to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Respond to enquiries and provide timely, empathetic updates to families with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, operational records, and progress reports to support project tracking and accountability.
• Monitor project timelines, expenditures, deliverables, and contractual obligations to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance work efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and relevant Islamic religious guidelines to uphold legal and cultural standards.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned to support overall project success.
